The Hughesville Borough Water Authority is dedicated to providing high-quality water service for residential, commercial, industrial, and municipal use at a reasonable cost to the residents of Hughesville Borough and the surrounding Wolf Township community.
We are committed to continually improving our water treatment process and protecting our local water resources to ensure safe, reliable drinking water for our customers. Our system is supplied by three groundwater wells drawing from alluvial deposit aquifers, and we currently serve more than 1,200 customers throughout the area.
The Authority Board meets on the third Thursday of each month at 2:00 PM at the Hughesville Borough Hall Building.

Payments may be dropped off at any time using the secure drop box located at the bottom of the steps to the Borough Water Office. The drop box is directly across from the recycling bins in the municipal office shared parking lot.
Customers may also pay their bill online through the Hughesville Water Authority Customer Portal.

The Low-Income Household Water Assistance Program (LIHWAP) provides financial assistance to eligible households struggling to pay water bills.
